This is a collection of the complete files of black and white photographic negatives of subjects taken by the staff of the Poultry Times, a weekly newspaper from Gainesville, Georgia (1956-1985) and The Poultryman, a weekly newspaper from Vineland, New Jersey (1956-1969). These negatives are arranged by years, but majority of subjects are not identified. Most subjects consist of various State Poultry Associations' personnel and functions, universities' personnel, USDA and other organizations' personnel and events, and poultry-related commercial firms personnel and products. None are identified as to which publication was responsible for the negatives. Many are negatives of prints which were published with captions in one or the other newspaper.
